The average fish size of the fish is over 36lb to well over 50lb with 40lb plus carp being landed most weeks. The lake is secure and safe behind locked gates where you can fish 24/7 or if you prefer you can sleep in the cottage where there is English TV and all the facilities that you need from fully fitted kitchen to plenty of hot water.

There is also a Gas BBQ at lakeside. We have quality boillies and pellet for sale that work.
