Etang Les Saisons The lake is nearly 100 years old and is a hand dug gravel pit. The lake has a good stock of original carp and many of our guests have described Les Saisons as similar to an old English estate lake, in other words it is: mature, beautiful and shallow with a balanced amount of weed for the carp to hide and feed in. The lake offers different challenges depending on the season. Earlier in the year when the water level is higher maybe you prefer to make use of a boat and as the year progresses you can explore the lake in your waders as the water level normally reduces.
